Micro to Nano’s comprehensive selection of Hitachi M4 SEM specimen stubs include sizes from 15mm up to 100mm in diameter to support virtually all applications.

Hitachi M4 SEM stubs have an M4 threaded hole in the base and are made from high quality vacuum grade aluminium. All Hitachi SEM stubs are manufactured in line with original Hitachi specifications and are fully compatible with standard Hitachi specimen stub holders and SEM stage adaptors.

Hitachi M4 SEM specimen stubs:

• Hitachi cylindrical SEM stubs with standard (flat) tops
• Hitachi angled SEM stubs designed to quickly image specimens at a pre-tilt angle of 45° or 90° –  with or without using tilt on the SEM stage

Hitachi Dish cylinder stubs in 15mm diameter for sample preparation of solutions or fluids directly onto the stub. The dish design prevents fluids from dripping from the stub. Samples can be dried directly onto the SEM stub.

This Hitachi pin-type stub with M6 threaded flat pin stub fits directly into an Hitachi stage adaptor with M6 threaded holes. Useful for reducing the height of tall samples or for use in airlock systems.

Hitachi SU9000, S-5500, S-5200, S-5000 in-lens specimen mounts

Special specimen mounts for the Hitachi in-lens FE-SEMs. Compatible with the Hitachi SU9000, Hitachi S-5500, Hitachi S-5200 and Hitachi S-5000 in-lens FE-SEMs. Available in four different types to accommodate  varying specimen heights. The maximum specimen size is normally 5 x 9mm, except with mount type 3. Manufactured from vacuum grade aluminium to the exact original specifications.
